My Journey to Becoming an Eight-Figure Business Owner

“Before I Discovered Manifestation…”

I wasn’t always a multi-millionaire or a manifestation mentor. There was a time when I couldn’t even imagine this future for myself. I believed only in what my five senses could perceive. My identity was wrapped up in my Sociology, Psychology, and Nursing degrees. I thought my path was set.
I worked as a nurse for ten years, rising to leadership positions. During this time, I earned my Master’s degree. I married and welcomed our two beautiful daughters, Masyn and Raegan, into the world through homebirths. Life was good, but deep down, I desperately longed for more.
In 2019, everything changed when I met Bob Proctor. I was introduced to universal laws and manifestation and realized there was a new way of experiencing life. This new knowledge was the key to opening the door to the life I craved.

“I Thought I Was Broken…”

For most of my life, I believed I was broken, unworthy, and unlovable because of my size. These beliefs were my reality, and they held me hostage. They shaped how I saw myself and showed up in the world.
However, once I started studying manifestation, I became increasingly self-aware. I saw how my limiting beliefs were the root cause of my struggles, so I consciously redesigned myself—one belief at a time.
I decided that I AM BEAUTIFUL.
I decided that I AM CONFIDENT.
I decided that I AM SUCCESSFUL in the body I have now.
These decisions weren’t just affirmations. They were the seeds of a transformation that changed me from the inside out. And as I shifted my beliefs, my external reality transformed to match my new self-image. My confidence soared, my business flourished, and my family relationships deepened.

In 2020, I felt called to share what I was learning about manifestation.
I founded Diamond Academy on July 1st, 2020, and called our team chat “Team Milly” as a declaration—short for “millionaire.” I assumed the identity of a multi-millionaire before I ever saw evidence of it in the physical world.
That decision was the catalyst. Within seven months, I had generated $1M+ in revenue, and within a year, I had hit $3.3M.
I wrote my first book, BECOMING THE ONE.
I launched my flagship program, MILLIONAIRE. By 2021, I had generated over $12M in revenue and knew my journey was only beginning.

From Adversity to Authenticity and Redefining Health

In 2022, my world was turned upside down. My husband and I separated, and I subconsciously suppressed the heartbreak. That emotional suppression manifested as a life-threatening lung condition, and I found myself in the hospital, fighting for my life.
Despite the darkness, I knew deep down that I could heal myself. I realized that although I had chosen to love myself, I hadn’t yet decided to be healthy. So, I chose that and began nourishing my body, moving her with intention, and valuing my well-being.
Today, Diamond Academy has turned four and manifested over $30M in revenue. But beyond the numbers, what brings me the most joy is seeing my clients heal their bodies, release anxieties, manifest their dreams, and amplify their impact on the world.
